Product design, mold design and manufactured completely according to drawings format provided by customer, such as DWG , PRT , SAT , IGES , STEP , etc, and strictly in accordance with DME,HASCO,MISUMI,RABOURDIN etc or customer designated standards, which help us realize integration process of design and production to ensure high efficiency, high precision, mould for long life and smooth operation.
In order to help staff fully understand every details, strict project evaluation meeting of each project shall be held with project engineer , designer , tooling worker and technical director, salesman during period of product analysis, mold assembly and part evaluation before each mold designed by us can run efficiently at minimum maintenance cost.
